For your attendance at HIV Glasgow 2020, we are working alongside ScotRail to provide our delegates with a travel pass. The travel pass is an exclusive offer; it is available to purchase for £5.00 and will be valid for the duration of the congress (3-7 October). It includes travel between the SEC and Glasgow City Centre providing up to 5 days unlimited travel by train within the Conference Zone shown below. If you are an individual attending the congress and are interested in purchasing a ticket, you can do this via the Glasgow Central Train Station. Please note that you will need some form of confirmation to prove that you are attending the congress such as a registration email or, if securing a pass after 4th October, your congress badge can be collected from the SEC on the 4th.
For those registering a group for the congress, you will be provided with a form to complete by the Secretariat in order to purchase the passes.
Delegates travelling between High Street and Partick stations (the dark blue line on the above map) will need to change trains at Partick to/from the SEC.

Any Italian pharmaceutical company supporting or participating in a congress abroad, is subjected to an authorization by AIFA (Italian Drug Agency), according to an Italian Government Decree (Decreto Legislativo 219/06 – art. 124).. The request of authorization must be submitted within 60 days before the starting date of the event. The appointed agency to collect all applications from pharmaceutical companies is:

The Civic Reception on Sunday 4 October will comprise a drinks and snacks reception hosted by the Lord Provost of Glasgow and Glasgow City Council. All registered scientific delegates and exhibitors are invited to attend this Reception.
