Participation in the Congress is open to clinicians and researchers throughout the world interested in the exchange of information on drug therapy in HIV infection. Only fully paid pre-registered delegates will be allowed to take part in the congress; on-site registration will not be possible.

For group registrations (groups of 8 persons or more) please click here and send your request to the Organising Secretariat office. You will be able to register via an online registration system specifically for groups which will enable you to book and manage your registrations online. Further information relevant to groups, including terms and conditions will be available via a group registration site.

If you require a visa letter for your attendance at the meeting, you will be able to download a copy by logging into your registration 5 working days after we receive full payment for your registration. Your username and password will form part of the confirmation email you will receive when you ‘Finish’ your registration. Please note that a visa letter is only for the purposes of gaining a visa to attend the Congress and does not represent any commitment on the part of the Scientific Committee or the Congress to provide any financial assistance.
Provided that written notice of your cancellation is received by the Organising Secretariat by 31 August 2018, your registration fee will be refunded (via the same means by which you made payment) less an £85.00 administration charge. NO refunds can be made for any cancellation after this date. Please email [email protected] if you need to cancel your registration.
If you find yourself unable to attend the Congress, and a colleague is able to attend in your place, please notify the Organising Secretariat at [email protected] indicating your full name and institution and the details of your colleague including full name and address and email contact details.
The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellations, medical and personal items.
Only accredited journalists from recognised publications and organisations will be afforded a press registration. In view of the single-session format of the meeting, only one press registration will be given per publication/organisation.
